Screenshots take themselves

Every comment saves a screenshot of the exact spot you clicked, taken the moment you click. No shortcuts, cropping or uploading.

Comments stay on the element

Each comment is anchored to the element it is about, with backups like its text and position, so it stays put when the layout changes.

Everything in one library

Every page you have commented on, with thumbnails, sorted by site and grouped into collections you can share.

Bring people in with @mentions

Tag a teammate and they get the comment, the screenshot and a link straight to the spot on the page.

Questions people ask

Is the Lasso Chrome extension free?

Yes. The extension is free to install and the Free plan is free forever, with unlimited comments in one collection. Every new account also gets 14 days of Studio.

Which browsers does it work in?

Chrome, plus Chromium-based browsers that install from the Chrome Web Store, such as Microsoft Edge and Brave. Anyone you share with can read and reply in the Lasso web app from any browser.

Do I need to add code to my website?

No. Lasso runs in your browser, so it works on any site, including live production, staging, competitor sites and pages behind a login, with nothing installed on the site.

When does Lasso take a screenshot?

Only when you leave a comment. It captures the element or area you clicked, at the moment you click, and saves it with that comment.
