Present feedback in a review
Present turns a collection into slides, one comment per slide, with the screenshot and the thread beside it. Reply and resolve as you go, so the meeting ends with decisions.
You know the meeting. Somebody shares their screen and scrolls way too fast, and half the room is saying "no wait, go back up". Twenty minutes in, you've covered four things.
Present is my answer to that. One comment on screen at a time, big enough that everyone's looking at the same thing.
How it works
In the web app, open the collection and look for Present in the top right. Click it. Each comment turns into a slide, screenshot in the middle, thread down the side.
Arrow keys move you along (there are arrows at the top too, if you're more of a clicker). Escape gets you out.
Settle things on the spot
Every slide has a reply box and a Resolve button right there. So when the room lands on an answer, type it as a reply and resolve it before moving on. Once you hit the last slide, the collection already says what got decided and what's still open. No one has to send the "notes from today" email.

Before you start
Present shows whatever site you've got open in the collection, so open the right one first.
It also helps to knock out the tiny, obvious fixes ahead of time. That way the meeting goes on the stuff that actually needs a conversation.
And for anyone who couldn't make it, send them the collection afterwards. Every decision is sitting next to the thing it's about.
